HeyScholarships is a scholarship-discovery and application-assistance platform for students. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
HeyScholarships offers a free tier with limited features. Paid plans unlock AI drafting, templates, and additional tools. Paid subscriptions are billed as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by HeyScholarships or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide and improve the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HeyScholarships does not guarantee that any scholarship opportunity is current, accurate, or that you will receive an award. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
